Haoxin film faced plywood is designed for concrete formwork and shuttering. Its smooth film surface supports practical concrete release and cleaning, while the plywood core and sealed edges help withstand normal formwork handling.

Black film, brown film, different cores, thicknesses and packing options can be discussed for wall, slab, beam and column formwork.

Quality Control and Packing

Sheet size, thickness, core condition, bonding, film surface, flatness and edge sealing are checked against the confirmed order.

Panels are packed on export pallets with suitable surface, edge and corner protection. Loading quantities are calculated after the final specification is confirmed.

FAQ

Is film faced plywood waterproof?

The film and sealed edges support moisture protection, but the complete panel should not be described as fully waterproof. Cut edges and drilled holes should be resealed.

How many times can it be reused?

Reuse depends on the core, bonding, film, edge sealing, handling, cleaning and storage. A fixed number should not be promised without confirmed project conditions.
