Product Overview

    Haoxin 18mm PP plastic film faced plywood is designed for slab formwork and horizontal concrete casting systems. The 18mm panel combines a selected plywood core with a PP plastic film surface and can be supplied for use with suitable main bearers, secondary bearers and supporting structures.

    Regular size is 1220*2440mm. Core construction, PP film color, bonding requirement, edge treatment, labels and export packing can be discussed according to the confirmed order and formwork design.

    Core construction, dimensions, 18mm thickness, tolerance, flatness, bonding appearance, PP film surface, edges and corners are checked against the confirmed specification.

    Panels are packed on export pallets with suitable covering, strapping and edge protection. Cut edges and drilled holes should receive suitable protection for the intended formwork use.
