Product Overview

Haoxin melamine faced MDF combines a smooth wood fibre core with a ready-to-use decorative surface. It is suitable for cabinets, wardrobes, shelving, office furniture and interior panels.

One-sided or double-sided facing is available in selected solid colors, wood grains and finishes. Standard melamine faced MDF is intended for dry interior use, and exposed edges should be properly sealed or edge banded.

Standard melamine faced MDF is not intended for continuous water contact, exterior exposure or unsupported heavy-load applications.

Quality Control and Packing

Sheet size, thickness, panel flatness, MDF condition, surface color, finish and edge quality are checked against the confirmed order and approved sample.

Panels are packed on export pallets with suitable surface, edge and corner protection. Loading quantities are calculated after the final size, thickness and packing method are confirmed.
